Future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Senior Manager, Business Operations. As Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for the success and scaling of the Business Operations function. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations and Partnerships, you will sit at the intersection of high‑level strategy and rigorous execution, equally comfortable developing a recommendation for leadership and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
You will be expected to own outcomes, not just drive process. Porch Consumer Services is a division of Porch that helps people navigate one of life’s most complex transitions, moving and settling into a new home. We have built the platform that can serve them across the full journey, including the move, setting up and protecting their home, and everything in between.
You will define our strategic direction and shape how we prioritize across the division, developing the insights and frameworks that drive our annual planning and inform key trade‑offs. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of our most critical initiatives, from defining strategy through execution and performance monitoring. As our division evolves, you’ll play a key role in scaling operations across a broader consumer services portfolio, an opportunity to help shape how a growing organization structures itself for the next phase of growth.
