What You Will Do- Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in the Eastern Washington Market.
- Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned, and new accounts.
- Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts.
- Generate Quotations and provide tracking and market intelligence for project-related business.
- Actively promote North Coast market‑specific endeavors.
- Utilize North Coast resources and Specialists (solar, SSG, energy specialists, etc.)
- Create and implement a business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account‑specific strategies.
- Experience in Industrial, Construction, or Electrical distribution environment of at least 2-3 years.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Experience supporting quotations (lighting, gear, or project‑based business)
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer‑focused team player with strong communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with an outgoing, results‑driven approach.
- Ability to navigate challenges and turn obstacles into opportunities.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with smartphone and laptop tools for communication and customer management.
- Office and field environment.
- Frequent driving to customer locations.
- Frequent computer and phone use.
- Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs.
- This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
- Pay is $36,000 annually + Commission Plan.
