OverviewWe are seeking experienced Behavioral Scientists to join a dynamic team applying behavioral science principles to influence decision-making, improve outcomes, and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to partner with leadership, design experiments, and deliver actionable insights that shape strategy, research, and advisory practices.
Focus Areas & Required Experience1. High Net Worth / Financial Therapy
- Support teams advising high-stakes clients through complex financial and personal decisions.
- Provide coaching, emotional support, and behavioral guidance to advisors and clients.
- Identify opportunities for training, enablement, and scaling best practices.
- Expertise in financial behavioral strategies and financial therapy or coaching.
- Deep understanding of U.S. household financial decision-making, including policy and regulatory considerations.
- Experience working with high-net-worth households or advisors serving them.
- Ability to design and analyze behavioral interventions and partner with business, community, and academic stakeholders.
- Co-develop behavioral science strategy and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build and manage a research lab, including experimental design and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct and communicate rigorous research studies from concept to findings.
- Proven ability to design and manage behavioral research projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical research skills, including experimental design, measurement, and data analysis.
- Experience building thought leadership platforms or public-facing research programs.
- Ability to translate complex research into actionable insights for internal or external audiences.
- Lead behavioral research projects to inform business strategy and client outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to execute research initiatives.
- Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in behavioral science principles applied to client- or market-facing research.
- Experience engaging with business, academic, or community stakeholders to apply and scale interventions.
- Strong ability to influence strategy and communicate findings to leadership.
- Apply behavioral science to improve decision-making, strategy, and client outcomes.
- Design, manage, and interpret behavioral research studies and experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights and drive initiatives.
- Communicate complex findings in accessible formats for leadership and teams.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship in behavioral science practices.
- Advanced degree (Master’s required, Doctorate preferred) in behavioral science, psychology, behavioral economics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in research, consultation, or behavioral support.
- Strong expertise in research design, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Experience with coaching, behavioral interventions, or advisory support is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience in public-facing research or thought leadership is a plus.
