Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office.

Provides business analytics and problem resolution alternatives aimed at the improvement of service, efficiency and quality. Collaborates with other business units to implement changes and solutions across systems, processes and/or channels.
Essential Job FunctionsBased on specific need will work with other business teams to develop policy endorsements and notices that communicate coverage intent. As part of the work, you will develop specific action plans for your functional projects and issues. Collaborates with other teams to obtain feedback, consensus, and approvals of policy and notice language. Ability to understand regulatory and policy language, and how the former informs the latter is foundational.
EducationRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and relevant professional certifications.
Experience Requirements4+ years relevant business and/or general analysis experience. 3+ years of field claims auto experience preferred.
