Global Commercial Banking’s Aerospace, Defense and Emerging Technology Group (AD&T) offers a 12‑month rotational program designed to develop foundational knowledge and business‑bank‑specific sales and credit skills. Upon completion, participants transition into a Senior Relationship Manager role.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects with annual revenues ranging from $5million to $2billion, identifying opportunities and recommending integrated solutions across multiple product lines.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s or prospect’s corporation, industry, strategy, and goals, and respond to changes in their business environment.
- Leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new and incremental business for Bank of America.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates—including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services—to ensure integrated delivery of financial solutions within the Risk & Compliance framework.
- Design and implement a business plan that maximizes the profitability of each client and prospect.
- Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners, motivating and influencing client teams and collaborating in their onboarding, coaching, and development.
- 10+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a proven ability to drive revenue and build client relationships.
- Required to obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within 180 days of start date.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience desired in business, finance, or economics. MBA is desirable.
Shift & Hours1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
Pay & IncentivesAnnualized salary range: $ – $, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Position eligible for the annual discretionary incentive plan and discretionary award based on overall performance.
