Job DescriptionThe Batch Release Manager is responsible for delivering results against quarterly site revenue targets. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and others to ensure timely and efficient batch release processes.
- Batch Release Management:
Oversee the release and shipment of all CMO batches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. - Quarterly Release Planning:
Develop and implement quarterly release plans to ensure timely and efficient batch releases, aligning with market demand and organizational objectives. - Reports and Tools:
Develop reports and tools that give departments visibility to schedule priorities and progress against targets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with planning, manufacturing, finance, quality assurance, and commercial teams to resolve any issues that may impact batch release timelines and portfolio performance. - Data Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive improvements. - Continuous Improvement:
Manage small‑scale process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cycle times in the batch release process. - Quality Assurance:
Interface with management and site quality resources as needed. - Leadership Communication:
Regularly communicate batch release status, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making. - Regular Follow‑up:
Conduct regular follow‑up with cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure timely completion of batch release activities.
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences required.
- A Degree in the hard sciences preferred.
- 5-10 years relevant experience required.
- Data Analysis, Power BI and Microsoft Excel required.
- Ability to search for solutions or new applications in differing situations required.
- Related Pharmaceutical or FDA experience preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Supervisory or Leadership experience preferred.
Spokane, WA — On Site, Full‑Time
Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:30 pm; other work hours may be required.
Compensation & BenefitsHiring Wage: $102,100‑163,000 + 10% annually, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
