Nitra is seeking a Customer Success Lead to develop a team of Customer Success Managers for its SMB and mid-market healthcare clients. This pivotal role will focus on customer utilization, retention, and expansion across Nitra’s fintech, marketplace, and AI software products.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in high-performance environments and a proven track record in coaching and team development. Compensation is competitive with a base salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 plus benefits.
