Facilities Coordinator – Urgent Hire!

Pay: $18.88/hour

Location:

Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)

Schedule:

Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Experience:

Administrative or clerical experience preferred. Highly active role requiring a lot of walking and movement. Not your ordinary desk job.

Join a fast-paced, hands-on operations team supporting facility maintenance and daily operations. This is a highly active role —not a desk job—ideal for someone who likes staying on their feet.

⏰ Active role (walking, lifting, climbing required)

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility operations
• Track schedules, work orders, and assets (CMMS)
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Distribute supplies and support daily operations
• Assist with reports, scheduling, and admin tasks

• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb, crouch, and work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable with stairs and heights

• Age:
  Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
• Education & Experience:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
