Leadership Development Specialist
Arc Aspicio is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to design and execute programs related to executive coaching, mentoring, leadership academies, and competency models in a hybrid environment in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver leadership development programs, including executive coaching, mentoring initiatives, leadership academies, and succession planning efforts to support organizational transformation and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels.
- Enhance leadership capabilities at various levels.
- Facilitate executive briefings, provide recommendations, and inform stakeholders on leadership development and talent management decisions.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify leadership challenges and recommend effective development strategies.
- Conduct culture assessments and provide recommendations to improve engagement and collaboration.
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results.
- Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions.
- At least 5‑7 years of relevant leadership development experience designing and executing programs for executive coaching, mentoring, leadership academies, and competency models.
- Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement, delivering work products in complex environments.
- U.S. citizenship; federal contract requires security clearance. No employer sponsorship is offered.
- Proven flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, complex work environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills, with strong leadership potential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively remotely and in person.
- Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft products and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
- Desire to join a consulting firm, learn business concepts, and engage with company events and special projects.
- Willingness to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different client locations.
- Critical skills: executive presence, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, excellent problem‑solving skills, and interest in consulting engagements.
The projected salary range for this position is $90,000–$110,000, based on experience, qualifications, and business needs. Total Rewards also includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities.
