Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Remote W/ Occasional travel to Washington
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Pacific Time

- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for EHR rollout.
- Lead communication and stakeholder readiness plans across agencies.
- Facilitate user engagement, resistance management, and feedback integration.
- Align OCM efforts with training, governance, and project timelines.
- Monitor change effectiveness and continuous improvement outcomes.
- 5 years of experience in EHR-related organizational change management.
- Degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in PROSCI or other OCM methodologies preferred.
- Experience with multi-agency transformation and enterprise system rollouts.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Prosci certification or comparable change-management certification preferred.
- Additional professional certifications in organizational development, change management, project management, or healthcare IT are a plus.
