What You’ll Do

  • Provide families with practical information and resources that support child development and early learning.
  • Build supportive, strengths-based relationships with families and connect them with appropriate community resources.
  • Facilitate Parent Trust peer support groups and other family engagement activities.
  • Work individually with parents participating in outpatient SUD and co-occurring treatment to develop and maintain childcare plans.
  • Help recruit and support eligible families participating in CCAP.
  • Build relationships with licensed childcare providers and help families identify childcare that meets their needs.
  • Partner with treatment agencies, behavioral health providers, childcare providers, and CME programs to increase awareness of CCAP and maintain program participation.
  • Help families identify and address barriers that may interfere with maintaining consistent childcare.
  • Develop community partnerships that support Play & Learn locations, outreach, and participation.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, data, reports, and information needed to support program and contract requirements.

What You'll Bring
