Job Title:
Mechanical & Plumbing Project Manager
This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Compensation- The estimated pay range for this role is $105,000 - $180,000 based on experience, plus commission.
- Lead project buyout processes through to project closeout with full financial and operational accountability.
- Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, change orders, and cash flow management.
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, with a focus on technical ownership.
- Oversee equipment procurement, manage delivery schedules, and ensure specialty subcontractor performance.
- Drive BIM coordination and prefabrication planning to enhance field installation efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing mechanical & plumbing projects from buyout to closeout with complete ownership.
- Field or trade background in plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC mechanics, or hands‑on mechanical & plumbing installation experience.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, hydronic systems, plumbing, medical gas, and related equipment.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, Revit, or similar).
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering; equivalent experience will be considered.
