Construction Project Coordinator

Crux Subsurface, is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator based out of Spokane Valley, WA. This role supports active foundation and geotechnical construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance.

This is a field-forward position. You'll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide on multi-week assignments. When you're not in the field, you're based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered.

This role is a direct path to Project Manager.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience
• 3+ years in project coordination or engineering
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
• Cost tracking experience in Excel
• Familiarity with a PM platform (Procore or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel 50–75% on multi-week deployments
