Job Overview: As a Sr Project Manager Estimator at D-McP Construction LLC, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing a variety of construction projects. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional work and surpassing client expectations. This is a full-time position based in Mead, WA, with a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $120,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Provide accurate estimates for material, labor, and equipment costs
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any issues
• Lead and support project staff to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
