EOSOL Group is seeking a Civil Quality Inspector to support civil construction activities on a utility-scale wind project. The successful candidate will perform inspections and quality oversight of wind farm civil works, including turbine foundations, access roads, crane pads, drainage systems, and site development activities.

• Inspect turbine foundation construction and concrete placement.
• Verify earthworks, grading, crane pads, and road construction activities.
• Review civil quality documentation and testing reports.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Document inspection findings and track corrective actions.
• Support turnover and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with site management and construction teams.

• 3+ years of experience in civil quality inspection.
• Wind energy, power generation, or heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Experience inspecting concrete foundations and earthworks.
• Advanced English required.
• U.S. Work Authorization or TN Visa eligibility.
