What this job involves:
As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of construction projects from initial requirements through final activation across federal facilities in Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho. This role puts you at the center of new construction, renovations, system replacements, and space management initiatives where your expertise will directly impact critical infrastructure. Working within a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team, you'll apply comprehensive construction lifecycle knowledge to ensure every project meets JLL priorities, building codes, prescribed time frames, and budgets.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of construction project management in commercial construction (Ex. Office spaces and industrial facilities)
- Commercial construction principles and lifecycle knowledge
- Gantt charts and workback scheduling proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through closeout
- Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and compliance
- Effective vendor and contractor management skills
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, performance bonds, and vendor contracts
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 Certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Travel to client sites regularly, with typical travel averaging 75% of work time

Preferred qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience writing technical specifications and statements of work
- Experience managing facility projects or working in a facility management environment
- Experience with Government Contracting and working in a third-party environment
- Utility industry experience
- Experience reviewing working drawings and technical specifications
