Superintendent - Federal job at J.Riley Recruitment. Spokane, WA.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and successful completion of Federal construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all contract requirements.
Duties:- Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Federal safety regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and government officials.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on Federal construction projects.
- Knowledge of Federal contract regulations, including USACE or NAVFAC.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
- CQM-C certification is a plus
