Overnight Call Center Representative
At Sound Telecom, you will provide professional and comprehensive support to a diverse range of companies—including medical offices, apartment complexes, professional services, and more. Your day-to-day will involve managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any messages taken are captured accurately and efficiently. You will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools.
Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, capturing messages accurately.
- Maintain perfect attendance to earn premium pay and be available for holidays and weekends (14/7/35 service).
- Dedicated and open‑minded with a long‑term career focus.
- Upbeat tone, strong command of English, and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Excellent punctuality and accountability.
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance (includes punctuality at shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion). The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
