As an Aequus Sports Fan Experience Ambassador, you are the first smile fans see and the last cheer they hear. You are essential to creating the electric, welcoming, and unforgettable atmosphere that defines soccer in Spokane. This isn't just a volunteer role; it's a chance to be an on-field catalyst for passion
, ensuring every guest—from lifelong supporters to first‑time attendees—feels like part of our soccer family.

You’ll set the tone for victory by providing exceptional, proactive customer service. We thrive on adaptability and a "get it done" spirit, so your specific tasks will vary to meet the dynamic needs of a live sports event. Every match is a new opportunity to make a different kind of impact.

• Fan Engagement:
  Proactively greet guests with enthusiasm, help fans find their seats, answer questions, and lead sections in coordinated cheers and chants to boost stadium energy.
• Activity & Swag Support:
  Assist with family-friendly activations on the concourse, hand out promotional items (scarves, rally cards, etc.), and help manage interactive games.
• Operational Support:
  Play a key role in supporting our ballkids program, assist with way finding, and help manage crowd flow in key areas.
• Be a Problem‑Solver:
  Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, alerting staff to any issues and going the extra mile to resolve fan concerns with a positive attitude.

• You are 16 years of age or older.
• You embody a positive, energetic, and welcoming personality—rain or shine.
• You are a reliable team player who can take initiative and follow directions.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment and are comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• You have a passion for soccer, Spokane, and creating incredible experiences for people of all ages.
• Previous customer service or volunteer experience is a plus, but your attitude is what matters most.
