Overview
Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a high-energy environment? Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-paced call center team. In this role, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone, serving as the primary point of contact for their members.
salary: $20 - $21.62 per hour

Must be local to Spokane, WA to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities- High-Volume Support: Handle a portion of our 50,000 daily calls with efficiency and professional poise.
- Essential function: working weekends.
- Expert Guidance: Assist members with inquiries regarding membership eligibility, benefits clarification, Medicare, and plan options.
- Financial Resolution: Address questions related to claims, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Technical Proficiency: Seamlessly toggle between multiple databases and software systems to document interactions and find answers.
- Quality Communication: Utilize excellent writing skills for internal documentation and member follow-ups while maintaining a high standard of verbal clarity.
