Customer Service Representative
Jubilant Hollister Stier LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support our pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers.
Responsibilities- Process orders received via phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order handling.
- Handle routine and complex customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Meet department performance standards, including call-center metrics and off-phone task management.
- Manage open orders, follow-through on actions, and meet business service-level requirements.
- Maintain accurate account records (purchase orders, licenses, shipping instructions, etc.).
- Handle a variety of customer service tasks such as proof-of-delivery processing, credit/debit memo requests, invoice copies, price inquiries, and other related issues.
- Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities during calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training and coaching programs to develop skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required);
Bachelor’s degree desired. - Minimum 2 years of customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling desired.
- Pharmaceutical or highly technical experience desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Proficiency with customer-service software, order-management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Calm, professional demeanor with difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Spokane, WA – On-site, Full-time.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Compensation & BenefitsHiring wage: $52,241.98 - $70,651.66, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
