Customer Service Representative

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an expanding, service-driven organization in the Spokane area. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys assisting others, resolving concerns, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and confident managing a high volume of customer interactions.

Pay: $21-$25/hr depending on experience

Job Duties

- Respond to customer questions and concerns by phone and email.

- Assist customers with orders, account changes, and general inquiries.

- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to help coordinate solutions.

- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience.

Requirements

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or office support roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Positive attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
