Provide customer service to passengers during arrivals, check-in, and boarding, including baggage services and reservations;
Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system and assist with related queries or complaints;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist ramp agents to load and unload wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags; push wheelchairs through the airport;
Adhere to all safety procedures and report safety incidents as well as potential hazards
