Job Description for Secretary - Level 2, School Head Secretary
Classified Salary Schedule CVSD’s classified positions come with more than just a paycheck! In addition to competitive hourly rates, we provide a paid lunch for classified (non-teaching, non-administrative) employees, an added benefit that boosts total worked vs. paid compensation by 6-10% for those working more than 4.25 continuous hours per day.
Benefits:
- Employees anticipated to work more than 630 hours per year are eligible for benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB).
- Standard benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability.
- Positions anticipated to work 70 hours or more per month for at least 5 months over a 12-month period are eligible for retirement through the State Department of Retirement Services.
