Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is seeking a Bilingual Office Receptionist to manage our Spokane front desk and support client intake. You will welcome visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help prospective clients connect with the appropriate team.
We are looking for someone who listens carefully, builds trust, and keeps information organized. Your ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish will help clients understand the next steps and feel supported from their first interaction with our firm.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors, notify staff of their arrival, and maintain a professional, organized reception area.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, route calls, and take accurate messages.
- Assist prospective clients by listening to their needs, collecting intake information, and explaining the next steps in the firm's process.
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Record client interactions accurately and relay messages, follow‑up requests, and urgent concerns promptly.
- Direct case‑specific questions to the appropriate staff.
- Handle client records and sensitive documents with confidentiality.
- Support office operations through scanning, filing, and data entry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and the ability to guide conversations professionally.
- Patience and empathy when assisting clients facing stressful situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new digital tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm and courteous.
- Reliability, discretion, and a collaborative approach to work.
