PRIMARY

PURPOSE:

Once trained and qualified, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and conduct initial case screening.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Engaging with potential clients to assess the facts of a potential case and determine what services our firm can offer.
• Answer questions and assist with the onboarding process.
• Collect, enter and manage data utilizing a state-of-the-art claim management software system.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Education & Licensing:
High school diploma or GED required. Further education is a plus!
