North Hill Dentistry, like each Heartland Dental‑supported office, is unique to the community and the patients it serves. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

  • Join a 10‑person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6:45 am–5 pm;
    Thursday: 6:45 am–4 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in WA and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Experienced Hygienist and New Graduates.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
  • Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
  • Heartland Dental requires a tuberculosis (TB) test for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
