Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Compensation: $28.00 - $36.00 / hour
DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who is looking for long‑term growth, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a positive, team‑oriented mindset. This role is ideal for a self‑starter with leadership qualities who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.
Schedule- Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday (every other): 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturdays (1st, 2nd, & 3rd of the month): 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Active Dental Assistant registration in the state of Washington (required)
- Active EFDA license in the state of Washington (required)
- Current enrollment in seven clock hours of AIDS education and training (required)
- Prior dental assisting experience required
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, materials, and clinical workflows
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Commitment to patient safety, comfort, and high‑quality care
