Work Schedule- Wednesday 6:30 AM - 8:15 PM
- Thursday 10:30 AM - 6:15 PM
- Friday 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM
- 3rd Saturday of the Month 7:30 AM - 1:15 PM
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with orthodontic assisting experience who is passionate about patient care, education, and creating a positive experience for every patient.
You will work closely with the orthodontist to support clinical procedures while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Take digital X-rays and impressions (digital scanning experience preferred)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, orthodontic care, and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient care with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Orthodontic dental assisting experience required
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual
