Dental Assistant, Lead - Orthodontics

• Provide chairside assistance and support patients throughout orthodontic treatment
• Train new hires using established clinical skills checklists
• Lead Dental Assistants in continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to improve patient care and clinical documentation
• Manage dental supply inventory and coordinate repair or maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and office safety protocols, including equipment testing logs

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state
• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant
• Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
