We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team. In this role, you will work closely with our dentist and staff to provide exceptional oral health care. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys patient education, and is comfortable working with new equipment in a fast-paced practice.

• $50 - $55 per hour
• - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dental hygienist
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Washington (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working with new dental technology and equipment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong situational awareness

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth
• Take and review diagnostic dental radiographs accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, documenting all procedures thoroughly
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for patients and team members

• Competitive hourly wages ($50.48 - $55.00 per hour)
