Registered Dental Hygienist

Hours ~ Monday through Thursday 6:30AM - 4pm

Our Registered Dental Hygienist role is a full-time, 4 days a week position located in Spokane Valley, WA. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal assessment and maintenance, and other preventive hygiene procedures. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices, reviewing medical histories, and supporting the diagnosis and management of periodontal disease. The hygienist will work closely Dr Wilder and other team members to ensure high standards of infection control, provide accurate charting and documentation, and contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience.

The position also includes maintaining operatory readiness, adhering to clinical protocols, and participating in team meetings and continuing education as needed.

• Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with the ability to support comprehensive treatment plans.
• Proficiency in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis, including preventive procedures and patient education.
• Experience assessing and managing Periodontal Disease, including periodontal charting and maintenance therapy.
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of infection control standards, radiography, and use of modern dental equipment and software. Dentrix software a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Full time $55.00 - $60.00
