Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Manage patient records and charting across office software
- Communicate with patients on scheduling, billing, and treatment status
- Verify insurance and maintain confidential financial records
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Dental Board standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
