Central Avenue Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for Dental Hygienists to join our established 2-doctor practice in our beautiful new location!

Option 1 – Full Time
Mon: OFF | Tues: 7 AM–3 PM | Wed: 10 AM–6 PM | Thurs: 10 AM–6 PM | Fri: 8 AM–3 PM
Option 2 – Full Time
Mon: 12 PM–6 PM | Tues: 11 AM–6 PM | Wed: 7 AM–1 PM | Thurs: 7 AM–2 PM | Fri: OFF

- Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Experienced and New Grads welcome to apply
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided.
