Architecture Manager

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect Manager to join our team in Washington. As the Senior Architect Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects on design concepts and technical details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review project drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams and projects effectively.
• Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
