They are looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life visually, support complex design narratives, and elevate the look and feel of client presentations, proposals, and project storytelling. • Create high impact graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling assets for proposals, presentations, planning documents, and client deliverables.
• Translate big ideas into clean, polished design packages that communicate vision, intent, and project value.
• Support landscape architects, planners, and project managers with graphic production needs across multiple active projects.
• Strengthen branding and visual consistency across print and digital materials.
• Build illustrations, infographics, maps, and visual concepts that bring complex design thinking to life.
• Participate in internal design reviews and collaborate with a highly creative, high performance team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across print and digital formats.
• Proven ability to elevate presentations, proposals, and visual storytelling.
• Experience supporting architecture, landscape architecture, planning, engineering, or similar design driven environments is a plus.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work fast, stay organized, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative design culture.
• Strong eye for clean layout, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles.
