Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Architectural Technologist to join our fast-growing team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior experience in the field.

• Collaborate with senior architectural technologists and architects on various projects
• Assist with creating detailed technical drawings, 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and other software
• Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements as needed
• Research building codes, materials and construction methods
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have valid work permit or own visa for employment in the USA
