Industrial Architect

An established architectural firm in Washington is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and architecture with a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to incorporate into designs

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design or architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up or other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working on industrial projects in the US market
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• LEED certification
• Ability to speak multiple languages
