Industrial Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities.
• Create detailed design drawings, models and plans using CAD software.
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to oversee the construction process.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1,200 per month. Candidates must have their own visa permit to work in Washington. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the experience requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing industrial buildings/facilities.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
