- Assist with the preparation of project manuals, technical specifications, permitting documentation, and responses to regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and deliverables in coordination with project managers, proactively communicating needs and potential challenges.
- Take ownership of smaller projects as appropriate, coordinating project activities, consultants, deliverables, and client communication with support from project leadership.
- Participate in business development efforts, including supporting proposals, presentations, and interviews as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience.

- Strong proficiency in Revit across multiple design phases, including SD, DD, CDs, and CA.
- Knowledge of healthcare building codes, regulatory requirements, and building systems.
- Experience coordinating consultants and producing construction documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- LEED Accreditation, WELL Certification, and/or EDAC certification are a plus.
- This is a full-time hybrid role based in Spokane, WA, with at least 3 days per week in our office.
- We currently offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401(k) with employer match and additional fringe benefits, as well as several bonus opportunities.
- This position offers 24 days of “all-inclusive” PTO that can be used for reasons important to you.
- We believe in growing great people. Our GROW program gives you hands‑on coaching, tailored learning, and the support to level up your skills and career.
