This role is intentionally designed to support longevity in practice, with manageable patient volumes, protected administrative time, and deep clinical support.
Position Highlights- Join a team of 22 MDs, 37 Physician Assistants, 40 Nurse Practitioners
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine - average 18 patients per day
- 4 or 5-day workweek with built in admin time
- Up to $330,000 base salary, annual quality bonuses up to $20,000, & $20,000 sign on package
- Student loan repayment options including: PSLF, NHSC, WSAC, & an internal program option
