JR Enterprise (JRE), in partnership with the VA Healthcare System, is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeons to provide high-quality surgical care to Veterans at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. This is a contract role with long-term stability, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a structured, team-focused VA environment.

As a General Surgeon, you will perform surgeries, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, supporting Veterans physical health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities Perform general surgery procedures in clinic and OR settings

Provide comprehensive perioperative patient care Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other clinical staff

Participate in quality improvement and service meetings

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Follow VA protocols for patient safety, infection control, and privacy

Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state)
ABS Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

BLS & ACLS certification

Ability to complete VA credentialing and mandatory training

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
