• Focus on patient-centered care and regional leadership in a high-demand market.

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist.
• Experience in general urology and operative procedures.
• Preference for candidates with ties to the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, , MT) or willingness to relocate.
• Interest in leadership, academics, or program-building is a plus.
