They are seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established team of 8 GI physicians. Located in the heart of Washington wine country, the area offers 300+ days of sunshine, access to the Cascade Mountains, endless outdoor recreation, acclaimed wineries, and a lower cost of living with no state income tax.
Position- ~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic
- High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up
- Call: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call
- No admissions - strong hospitalist support
- General GI focus with advanced GI backup
- Physician-led, highly collaborative team environment
- Strong internal referral network
- Base Salary: $573,000 - $620,000 + significant RVU compensation
- Signing bonus starting at $40K + relocation assistance
- $600/month benefits stipend
- Full benefits package + malpractice covered
- 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day
1) - CME: $10,000 every 2 years
