With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join our South Hill Medical Center clinic team in Spokane, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

• Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives:

• Resident Monthly Stipend: For early sign-on
• Signing Bonus: New hires are eligible to receive up to $90,000
• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)
