Position Highlights – Outpatient Neurology- Outpatient-focused practice with the ability to incorporate subspecialty interests
- 100% outpatient role
- Opportunity for a busy clinic with flexibility
- 1:5 shared inpatient coverage
- Assistance with call coverage is preferred but optional and can be covered by tele-neurology
- Approximately 50% subspecialty volume, particularly in Headache, Movement Disorders, Dementia, Epilepsy, and MS
- Opportunity to support future succession planning in Multiple Sclerosis care
- Strong referral base across a population of 360k
- Dedicated clinical support from experienced MAs and RNs
- Productivity-focused compensation model with strong wRVU potential
- Predictable and flexible schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
- General Neurology role combining outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative care
- 7-on/7-off schedule with clinic (Monday–Friday) during service weeks
- Manageable inpatient census of ~8 patients with 2–3 consults per day
- Typically rounding briefly before and after clinic
- Majority consultative; stroke managed via tele-stroke program
- Limited overnight call burden, only very rarely receiving calls between 9pm – 7am
- Weekends typically low volume with strong hospitalist and critical care support
- Compensation model includes salaried inpatient component plus wRVU-based outpatient productivity
- Opportunity for high earnings driven by busy clinic volume during on weeks
- Additional tele-neurology support under consideration to further reduce call burden
