• Provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage for 10–14 days per month including weekend call.
• Perform procedures including Impella
  55 implant/support, aortic valve conservation, aortic root remodeling and enlargement.
• Cover weekday night call (2 nights per week, 5pm–7am) and weekend call (Friday 7am to Monday 7am).
• Manage patient volume and acute volume/BP issues, insert central lines, arterial lines, PA catheters, IABP.
• Collaborate with support staff (RNs, MAs, PA/NPs) in an inpatient setting, including clinic one day per week.
