• General GI – ERCP a plus, not required
• Flexible schedule: full-time or part-time
• Split between procedures and clinic, with heavier procedure focus
• Call: 1:4 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center (282 beds), hospital-paid, non-burdensome
• Typical volume: ~15 procedures on full days; ~8 procedures + 12–14 clinic visits on split days
• Compensation: competitive base plus production bonuses
• Additional benefits: sign-on, relocation, CME allowance
• Partnership available after 1 year with strong long-term stability
• EMR: eClinical

• Equipment:
  Olympus, Fibro Scan, CRH O’Regan rubber band ligation
• Sedation: conscious sedation for most cases; MAC with CRNA for select patients
