What You’ll Do

Provide specialized Thoracic Surgery procedures, including minimally invasive mitral repairs and aortic valve conservation.
Support aortic root, remodeling, and enlargement surgeries.
Assist with implant and support procedures such as Impella
55.
Participate in weekday clinics once per week.
Cover weekend and weekday night call as required.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

What You Need
Required:

Valid medical license in Washington
Certification or license in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Prior experience in Thoracic or Cardio Thoracic Surgery
Strong technical skills in minimally invasive procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Preferred:

Extensive experience with minimally invasive mitral surgeries
Familiarity with Impella devices and aortic procedures
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
