Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized Thoracic Surgery procedures, including minimally invasive mitral repairs and aortic valve conservation.
  • Support aortic root, remodeling, and enlargement surgeries.
  • Assist with implant and support procedures such as Impella
    55.
  • Participate in weekday clinics once per week.
  • Cover weekend and weekday night call as required.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid medical license in Washington
  • Certification or license in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Prior experience in Thoracic or Cardio Thoracic Surgery
  • Strong technical skills in minimally invasive procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Preferred:
  • Extensive experience with minimally invasive mitral surgeries
  • Familiarity with Impella devices and aortic procedures
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
