Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Adult Psychiatry
Regular Pay: $230/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $9,200–$10,500+ depending on schedule and call
Position Overview
HPA Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a locum tenens opportunity in Longview, Washington.
This position offers a combination of inpatient and outpatient Adult Psychiatry with a primarily Monday–Friday daytime schedule. The physician will generally work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch, providing approximately 5–7 inpatient shifts per month and 12–19 outpatient days.

- Approximately 12–14 patients/day
- 5–7 inpatient shifts/month
- 12–19 outpatient days/month
- Occasional optional night call
- Weekend coverage approximately once per quarter
- Potential remote weekend telepsychiatry for qualifying Washington-based physicians
- Epic
- Established inpatient psychiatric support
- No clinic overbooking
- Washington license strongly preferred
- IMLC/LOQ candidates may be considered depending on timing
